Refund policy

Return Policy — Miura Heritage


You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. For the return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition: unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, please email us at hola.miuraheritage@gmail.com. The shipping address will be provided by email once we approve the request. Upon approval, we will send you a return label along with the necessary instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue.


There is only one type of product that we do not accept as a return: personalized or custom-made products. If you have any questions about the eligibility of an item, please do not hesitate to write to us before making your purchase.


Would you like an exchange? The fastest way is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return has been approved.

 

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 15 days of receipt, without justification. The product must be returned in the same condition as mentioned above and accompanied by your proof of purchase.


Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you if it has been approved. If so, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take longer to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the return and you have not received it, please write to us at hola.miuraheritage@gmail.com.
