Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a Miura Heritage y la empresa matriz, las subsidiarias, las afiliadas, los socios, los funcionarios, los directores, los agentes, los contratistas, los licenciantes, los proveedores de servicios, los subcontratistas, los proveedores, los pasantes y los empleados, por cualquier reclamo o demanda, incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados, realizados por cualquier tercero debido a, o como resultado de, su incumplimiento de estos Términos de servicio o los documentos que incorporan por referencia, o su violación de cualquier ley o los derechos de un tercero.

SECCIÓN 15: DIVISIBILIDAD
